Local Environmental Health Officers operate from East and West Lindsey District Councils, South Holland District Council, North Lincolnshire Council and North Kesteven District Council. When The Environmental Health Officer visits they will generally check your premises for housekeeping and inspect your pest control log for records of monitor checks, treatments and proofing measures. It is crucial that all monitoring, actions and preventative measures employed are recorded for the Environmental Health officer to inspect.

Within our plan we carry out treatments for Rats and Mice, and monitor for crawling insects such as cockroaches, spiders and earwigs. For this we use rodent monitor points outside and in key interior areas, interior points also contain insect monitors to ensure that potential insect infestations are identified and dealt with as soon as possible, we can also carry out regular fly lamp checks and servicing for you.
A structured approach to pest management through regular monitoring procedures, record keeping and reporting is an essential part of any pest management plan. We supply all service clients with our on-site or on-line log containing risk assessments, method statements, scheduled site reports, COSHH safety data sheets relating to products in use and certification of our training, qualifications and insurances. These help you to demonstrate an on-going and professional approach to food safety.
We have 20 years experience working with catering businesses, we understand the urgency and discretion required in these types of locations, therefore to ensure discretion at all times our vehicles are unlettered as are staff uniforms, however we do carry CRB/DBS certification. We provide all customers with an online log, meaning you can access all of your records from your desktop, this is a free option of your plan, some prefer us to provide paper records and these are held by you in your professionally presented log onsite.
We also provide 24 hour call out as part of your year round service plan, along with treatment for specified pests.
